Pennsylvania Act 57
Act 57 of 2025 created a state directory of vape products that can be sold in Pennsylvania. The directory is kept by the Pennsylvania Attorney General. Since October 19, 2026, stores may only sell vapes and e-liquids that are listed in it.
We follow Act 57. The vapes and vape juices on our shelves are listed in the state directory, and you're welcome to look up any product yourself.
